Pricing detail
Rushly: Mirrors your own Shopify plan tier ($5.99 / $12.99 / $24.99 / $59.99). Every feature is included on every paid plan — no add-ons, no feature gating. 14-day free trial.
Fomo: The Starter plan is $25/month (or $250/year) for one website with up to 8,000 notifications shown per month; higher tiers raise the notification cap and add inline notifications, multiple websites, and white-label branding.
Where Fomo wins
- Has been on the market since 2016 (as Notify before that, from 2014), a longer track record than Rushly's.
- Supports platforms well beyond Shopify, including WordPress, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, and Magento.
Fomo is a general-purpose social proof marketing platform used across many website platforms, not a Shopify-only app, and it pulls notification data from a wide range of sources including email tools, review platforms, and custom webhooks. Its plans are priced by monthly notification volume on a flat per-tier fee rather than mirroring a store’s Shopify subscription, and every tier — including the entry plan — includes API access and unlimited third-party integrations. Inline (non-popup) notification styles and multi-site support are reserved for its higher-priced Business tier and above.
